Built at Victorian Railways Newport Workshops in 1887 as "19 AA". In 1894 it was converted to "Victoria", with two saloons, a brake compartment and buffet with seating 20 passengers.
Between 1924 and 1936 it was regularly used on the Better Farming Train.
In 1943 it was altered to Ways and Works vehicle "WW 11". It was written of in 1954 and save for destruction by the Australian Railway Historical Society.
