Forwood Down & Co Ltd, Kilkenny, South Australia, was awarded a contract in 1965 to construct 6 tank wagons mounted on 6 wheel bogies with a capacity 95 500 litres. They were classified "TOG" and allocated road numbers 1805 through 1810.

These tanks where condemned and cut up in late 2009.
