S sheep wagons -- S 326 to 335

Sheep wagons 35 feet long, built by "Westralia Iron Works" and coded "S". All wagons were issued on Kalgoorlie Division.

Various returns identify these wagons as being fitted with water tanks during the construction phase of the Trans-Australian Railway, but it seems to get confusing as to what they were classified. Some returns show them as being "TSA", yet others as "TB". This information needs more investigation, but it's fairly likely the "TSA" was a mistake and should have been "TB" (which shows in most of the returns). It is also confusing what the "TB" classification actually is as it sometimes get referred to as a van on one occassion rather than a water tank. This might be because the butcher van didn't get reclassified as the time of it's conversion.
