NR Flat wagon -- NR 1764

Narrow gauge flat wagon, which were classified "NR" and allocated road number 1764. Seems to be some confusion as to what this vehicle was orginally. Some records claim it was converted from "NGC 1106", but this does not seem to fit with the record card for that vehicle.
