Four sitting cars were purchased from the "Reading Railroad" in 1950. They had been built by "J.G Brill" in 1929.

9.6.1953Converted to sitting up with luggage compartment, recoded "BM 78". Released to traffic 2.4.1953 unfinished for use with peak easter traffic, then returned to workshops.
